I love the feel and quality of the weights.The vest itself is brilliantly adjustable and perfectly seated to match your body how you want it to.Wear it with light amounts of weight and move SLOWLY your first few sessions if you're not familiar with weighted training.The last thing you want to do is injure yourself.I will spend a month or so working this into my physical capabilities before integrating it into full exercises - slowly.Other than that, I work from home and have been wearing it in spurts.Between extra focus and trying to hit certain time goals, it keeps me more engaged in my work.Just remember to turn your camera off for meetings.
