I have a ten year old HP laptop computer. I got a low battery warning, but I ignored it until the computer stopped. I checked three different local computer stores, no battery in stock. They were willing to order but not without a price. I ordered this one on Amazon and it worked just fine. Popped out the old one, put in the new one, very easy.
