Beautiful to write with
Very enjoyable to write using these pens, would recommend. Good value for money compared to buying from the Muji store itself. Great quality, the pen tips come covered in plastic which I presume prevents them from drying out!

Pens that flow beautifully.
Delivered very promptly the next day. I ordered black. At first I thought they were blue as they had blue tips and was quite annoyed! But after a while of trying I realised these were tiny blue plastic protective seals that needed to be pulled off. Indeed the pens are black as I wanted. Excellent pens from Muji. My only concern is all the plastic that is bad for the environment. Hence 4 star rating.

Frustrated and scammed
I am very disappointed with this order. I have order a pack of 5 ballpen but what I received is a broken single ballpen. I contacted Muji customer service as included in the link and the customer service said that Muji does not sell via amazon. So i paid £7 for 1 broken pen which is very frustrating.
