Wow, this is a bad design. The caddy doesn't stay hanging up despite the suction cups. The hook is just like a hanger hook. I hung it up and then began to put items in it. The rails on the lower shelf are so short that a shampoo bottle tumbled out while I was putting a small tube of exfoliant on the top shelf. (The top shelf is too close to the shower head for any taller items.) Then the other items on the bottom shelf all cascaded off the shelf and into the tub. Those rails are just too short to keep things in place. Then the whole caddy slipped down the neck of the shower head and got about halfway down the actual head itself (dumping the tube of exfoliant, which was the only thing that had stayed on the caddy after the first dump). I couldn't get it to stay in place, and since the lower shelf is only useful for something short like a razor, this is no good to me.

The bottom shelf can't really be used for anything except bar soap or maybe razors, or other small flat items. As you can see in the product pictures, the wires that go across the front are positioned extremely low, so bottles topple over and fall off. Really only the top shelf can be used for bottles, but then the shower head is in the way taking up some of that space, as well. Furthermore, the thin wires that make up the "floors" of the shelves are very flimsy and bend with the weight of a shampoo bottle. This is not a very well thought out or very well made item overall. I would not recommend this at all unless you're single and/or only plan to use a bar of soap and perhaps a smaller size bottle of shampoo and conditioner. It just won't hold more than that.

Doesn't hang down enough from the shower head.
Doesn't really fit if you have detachable shower head. See the attached photos. I subscribe to treSemme shampoo and Dove body wash from Amazon and get regular deliveries of large bottles of both. The 25oz bottle of treSemme barely fits on the bottom shelf of this thing, The worse problem is that I have to push the shower head up too high if I am to actually use this shelf. It's nicely made and I really need something like this but I will look for something longer that hangs down further from the shower head.

Attractive design. Average build quality
This is a nice brushed nickle shower caddy that fits over a standard shower head. It's really not designed to work with a removable shower head unless yours has a long neck that will keep the basket well out of the way of the hose. The hanging hook closely resembles a coat hanger - and is about the same thickness. The top basket is a bit close at the top so it's really only good for shorter bottles or small tools like loofahs or body sponges. The bottom rack can hold standard sized shampoo or body wash bottles very easily. There are hooks at the bottom to hang your soap-on-a-rope or body scrubber.

My Favorite Caddy Ever- Looks Great, Stays Firmly In Place, Has Space To Organize My Items Well And Is Hopefully Rust Proof Too
I'm using this InterDesign Axis caddy in a standard size shower with a handheld hose attachment, and it really fits perfectly. As long as I can remember, I've used a shower caddy for the added space and also the convenience of keeping items easily within reach. I've bought many over the years, only to toss most within 6 months due to rust. So I'm quite happy rust free designs like the InterDesign Axis caddy are available. I haven't used this one long enough to know if it rusts, but I've been using a different style InterDesign rust free caddy in another shower for over a month with no sign of rust. The other big issue I've had is many caddies slip and have suction cups that don't stick, but this InterDesign Axis caddy secures incredibly well to my shower. It has a hanger style hook with a clip in front that keeps it from slipping, plus two suction cups that stick very well and keep the caddy flush against the shower wall. I'm really pleasantly surprised this caddy actually stays firmly in place and doesn't slip down at all. With most, I end up making daily readjustments. This medium-sized InterDesign Axis caddy is a super attractive style with two shelves and a classy satin finish. The shelfs are both the same size, though more height is available on the lower shelf for taller bottles. The top shelf is perfect for my face washes, Clarisonic, razor and epilator. I don't typically put bottles on the top shelf. But given how my shower is designed, I could easily fit body wash, shampoo and conditioner that come in bottles roughly 6" high and 3"-4" deep. The bottom shelf fits bottles about 8" high (or slightly taller) and about 3"-4" deep, and it's perfect for my bar soap, shampoo and conditioner. This caddy even has two hooks at the bottom- I use one for my Philips body trimmer, and the other for my loofah. This design even has a towel bar for a washcloth. The Axis model has turned out to be my favorite shower caddy to date as it's so nicely styled, stays in place and fits everything I need. While I suspect there's no caddy that suits every shower, this caddy is awesome for my standard size shower and gets 5 stars. I'll be sure to update should this caddy rust.

Too Many Design Flaws for Regular Use
I ordered this shower caddy to replace one that we've had for close to 10 years from Bed, Bath and Beyond. The older shower caddy was still serviceable, but had started to rust. Unfortunately, I would prefer the rust on our old caddy as there are so many design flaws with this model. The top shelf is so close to the shower head that you really can't place anything tall on the shelf. The slots at the bottom of the shelves are two wide, so a razor easily falls through. The suction cups don't work on our tiled shower. Larger shampoo and shaving cream bottles we have on the bottom shelf constantly topple out because the rails are too short. The items you place on the caddy have to be carefully balanced, as a result of suction cups not working, as otherwise it leans to one side - causing things to topple out.Overall there are just too many issues for me to comfortably recommend this as an even okay offering. Look for something else to keep your shower organized.
