Rubber Improved Front Caster Wheel For Roomba 500/600/700/800/900 Series

Works great on my tile floor and eliminated the rattle of the original wheel. Comes with a tiny screw driver which I did not need to exchange the wheel. Great product!

The wheel is very sturdy so far (after a month). I put it in the original housing that came with our J8+ (Costco version of J7+) after reading that the housing that comes with this wheel is weak. It went into the original housing with no problems. The wheel makes the vacuum a lot quieter on our tile when you are in the same room. It does very little to quiet the Roomba if you are in the basement when the Roomba is running though. I'm still looking for a solution for that! Thump thump thump... No complaints on traction, quality of the wheel itself, or ease of cleaning after a month. I didn't test the housing that the wheel came with, but it does look weaker than the original.

Seems to work as it should and isn’t scratching my floors like the original wheel did.

Great product. I have a roomba i7 and it scratched my wooden floor with the omnidirectional wheel it had originally. When I changed to the rubber wheel (fits perfect even though description does not mention i7 model) the problem was solved. Sadly the same problem occurs with roborock S7 I recently bough but the axis of the rubber wheel is too short. PLEASE Casino187 you have to create a wheel specific for Roborock S7 because the housing of the wheel is not removable.

Installed correctly. Item broke after less than a month of use. Terrible product! ZERO STARS! I want my hard earned money back, but it says I am unable to return because I’m “outside the return window”....?!?!?! This was a total waste of my time and hard earned money. I wish amazon would fix this situation as not carry such a piece of junk product.

This is not about the items themselves, as I have yet to receive them. Initial order included the Roomba front bumper, a front caster, and bottom screws. The delivery included only the front bumper. The front caster and the screws were missing. The "How to correct my order" chatbot could not handle that situation. After a few attempts, I just asked for a refund. The front bumper looks nice-- just like the original-- and should work well on the little bot, but I was not going to replace it 'till the caster and screws showed up. So, they were ordered all over again. If they show up, and if all the parts are correct and work, I will return and revise.

The wheel is much more quiet and seems to cross throw rugs much better but the plastic mount in the carriage broke as others have said. I found that the wheel will fit into the original carriage so I'm good to go.

The original roomba castor wheel is super loud on tile floors and my wife never wanted to run the robot when we were home as a result. I tried this as an experiment to see if it helped, and it is so much quieter we can now barely hear it. Highly recommended.

Great replacement item, doesn’t drag and scratch the wooden floors like the crappy OEM one! Came quickly!!

A lot quieter than the origianl, but the Roomba is still very noisy.

I had to do a little sanding on the rubber tire to eliminate a bulge that was making it stick, but definitely worth it for reducing the thunking from a Roomba wandering across tile boundaries on upstairs floors.

Don't expect it to absord the shock your Roomba makes when hitting the crack between tiles. It won't. It's way too expensive. It does the thing it's built for, but it's not worth the price.
