Ok this is my first experience with an off load knee brace. I have a dozen compress braces from my other knee before I had it replaced. They did not work when my other knee started going bad. Anyway tried this on to play golf and it helped a lot. Stabilized the front and back slipping and helped the pain. It is not a miracle cure but it helps. Easy to put on and adjust. I don’t think I can play pickleball or tennis yetEDIT TO REVIEW: I have used this brace for a while now. There is a learning curve to tweak it to your own knee and pain. I have got this brace dialed in and I love it. Changing to 5 stars.

Really is a game changer. May need the one with the underlay to prevent rubbing but can't say enough good about the brace itself, it's ability to allow movement without pain and the communication with the company on questions

Price was high

The clasps do not hold well--you have to loosen the Velcro just to get it to align and clasp and even do it several times before it clasps/catches. The brace works fine otherwise but this should not be on an expensive brace like this. I have another similar brace that I bought to work in the yard in and at 1/3 the cost it has better clasps that you can plug and unplug without loosening the Velcro strap. Very disappointing for such an expensive brace and for that reason I would not recommend

I am torn about the star rating to give because although it did not work out, it might help others. I bought this brace because my elderly mom has osteoarthritis damage on only the medial side of her knee. This sounded like just the solution. But even after trying this a couple times, it did not relieve the pain and she said it might have made it worse. The way the middle of the brace pushes inward was actually painful for her. She is sticking with her regular hinged knee brace from Walmart that seems to help somewhat.

This brace has been the best yet (after trying a couple of compression braces) for post-surgery. We got it about 4 weeks post surgery; wish we found it sooner. 'Not sure how it would have been during those first few days (when there's a lot of swelling) but it does a better job of supporting those tiny healing parts and protecting you from moving in a way that does more damage. Obviously, it can be worn directly on legs or outside of pants. 'Highly recommend!

Works well, does what it says it will do, Fits well, high quality and video instructions were well done.
