Bed Stu Women's Roanne Motorcycle Boot

I'm a Bed Stu fan. I love the craftsmanship, edgy style, and quality of leather. But they are "bench made", "cobbler" shoes so each one is slightly unique. So it's not a "cookie cutter" which I appreciate. As for fit, they are pretty much true to size. I own these as well as the Gogo's and Tango. All 6.5. The Tango seemed to fit a bit looser out of the box than the others. These Roanne's and the Gogo's fit similar. Snug at first, but you just need to break them in. Once you do they feel like your favorite pair of sneakers! I can stand and walk all day in them and they are totally comfortable. I break them in, in sort of an unconventional way that works awesome I swear. In the bathroom sink I place the boot so the faucet runs water inside the boot in the inner food bed area. I fill it up a bit. It will retain the water in for a while. Then I tilt the boot to concentrate the water in the toe area for about 2 min then tilt to the heel area for about 2 min. Massaging the area with your hands to soften the leather a bit. Remove all the water. Then put on socks of whatever thickness you'd like and wear them around the house, you don't even have to really walk around but it helps. At the end of the day take them off lt then dry over night and try then on again the next day. They should me perfect or near perfect. If not do the same thing again. I've never had to do it more than twice. Now they are the most comfortable boots ever! Any of my Bed Stu boots are my "go to" boots! I reach for them over my Burberry boots or my Uggs! Mainly because not only are they so comfortably after breaking in. But I always get compliments! Especially since they don't sell them in every department store like other brands!

I am trying to stretch them a bit. The leather is hard and really a bit tight in the width. BUT....I LOVE the look and the quality construction!! I have had compliments and comments that -wow those must be very expensive. YES but they also look it. Once they are worn in a bit they will be my new faves! Worth the price and look like it too. Maybe go up a half size if you order some.

I originally purchased these boots because I needed a pair this color! When the arrived and I put them on, it was like I'd been wearing them for years. They fit so very comfortably. There was no need for a "break in" time! I love the color, it is exactly as pictured. I get compliments every time I wear them! They are very much like my hand made boots!

These boots are a little roomy and perfect. I usually wear an 8 and these are 8.5. From reading reviews of Bed Stu boots, I was expecting them to be tight as reviewers tended to write that Bed Stu boots were too small. These are wonderful. They are also beautiful. I love them!

Fit perfect and easy. Excellent leather quality and the boot's lace are good quality after that you lace up is never undone. They look so cute with dresses.

These seemed to run a little small from reviews I read so I got the next size up. No regrets. They fit great. They are well made and a really fun and diverse boot. Very happy with them.

Great product sizes runs small order 1/2 size larger than. Normal size.

Beautiful product. Bed Stu tends to run small in boots though.
