This is a very well made rack. The way that they left room for the tailgate to open on my Highlander is nice, also the ease of flipping it up. Dropping it down and putting the pin in can be a little difficult because if you just drop it all the way down the pin doesn't line up that was a bummer but you just got to be carefully pulling up while you put the pin in which is difficult with one person but easy if you have two. I also like the way they made it so that it's not going to rub when you go into driveways and stuff as much as other ones that I have had. Another really nice feature is the PIN that goes in its threaded and can be tightened so you don't get that thing rattling around back there. It's quite the tight fit. The rack is pretty big and that's why I originally got it. I thought I was going to have two trikes that I was going to be transporting on it. I ended up not getting the Trikes and having to sell this at a loss but I really was tempted just to keep it anyway just because it's so well made. If I wasn't so low on space I would have kept it. The ramp folds down and up very nicely it's got latch that makes it simple to bring up and down. I highly recommend this rack. If I ever buy another rack like this it'll probably be this one. Again the thing is big it will hold a lot of stuff

Bought this to haul my wife's Etrike behind our travel trailer and pickup truck. Very well made and easy to assemble.

Aluminum carrier - purchase of this item should be avoided. Construction, that is the weld beads are poorly done, excessive bead thickness without the length. Burn through in a number of areas and signs of inexperience work. I was extremely disappointed with this.shipping damage added to the issues. The box was ruined, falling apart and had many holes and gouges. The aluminum was bent in a number of places. I asked for a new shipping box, not at my cost. I don’t know that that will happen. I’ve sent photos with the request but now I have a time constraint and can’t wait. Shipping label for return was allowed. Communication with seller was cold but polite. I’ll be happy to get this out.

Great carrier. Sturdy. Went through roads and held up well. We'll made in all aspects.

I've used this one time, even though it stayed 500 lb limit, I found hauling a sod cutter under 300 lbs, the platform was sagging a little. Going to purchase something solid for the bottom.

Perfect size for my trike! Fairly light weight for installation / removing. Three ratchet straps hold it securely and an added lock chain keeps it secure.

Used it yo haul snowblower works great, Snowblower walked up ramp with no problem, strapped snowblower down when you want to transport and go.

Unit is easy to put together. All that is required to assemble is putting the receiver bar onto the bottom of the platform. Platform is shipped already assembled. I added some reflective tape to the rear side rail and the bottom of the unit to enhance visibility. I had the unit assembled and ready to install in about 15-20 minutes. It is possible for one person to lift and slide into the car's receiver. I am 62 and not exactly a strong person.
