waste of money, didn't work

2 Worked well for 4 years. Use a KES shut off valve instead of their on-off showerhead switch.
Had to return shower head and got a whole new boiler which they said dont bother to return, so we had a spare!. Other 2 worked well for 4 august seasons of campers estimate 4000 campers over 4 years. The ignition has just gone on one, but we had a spare, and took 10 minutes to replace it. I am ordering another one of the same, doesnt seem to be worth paying double for a different model. However don’t use the shower head provided, the on-off tap which drives it is useless. Use a KES Shower Head Shut-Off Valve Solid Brass with Short Switch Chrome, K1140B-CH with a good standard shower head on flexible lead. (Another £15 or so) Works a treat even with thousands of sometimes not so intellegent guests. Perhaps manufacturers would note!

VERY unreliable, fails to ignite 50% of days
Great IF it lights but it doesn't light reliably. VERY frustrating. You might get hot water and you might not! It's a shame because when it works it is good. I would not buy this brand again.

This is a really good gas water heater.
This works really well.this is my second one the first lasted approx 14 yrs used at least twice a week.its easy and quick to set up.l recomend it.thankyou.
