The case studies are very useful

The book is well documented. It's suitable for beginners and even experts in the field of business analytics.

First, there are many, many grammatical and statistical errors that frustrate knowledgeable readers, but more importantly many of the analyses themselves are superficial, assume "causes" that are unfounded, both statistically and logically, and are paired w/ bad explanations that, again, frustrate knowledgeable readers. Anyway, I will still use this book, but as a professor, it must be used very carefully - i.e., I am providing additional explanations, both statistical, logical, and ethical, that provide my students w/ a more realistic view of the world from an HR/analytics perspective.
