Pull out function is not super quality, but works fine.

Great quality and amazing customer service.
Update: I was contacted by their customer service and my issue was resolved immediately. They really went above and beyond to make things right. Now I have a faucet that works with my decor. Great quality and workmanship on the faucet. Highly recommended. Can't say enough about their customer service. Thanks Roy!!
