NOT as pictured. No instructions with it. Website they give for instructions doesn't work.
Absolutely NOT as pictured in pictures associated with this product. The "two" mouth guards are really joined together. Pictures on here make this seem like it is two completely separate mouth guards. I cannot stand these as I feel I cannot breath. Only option I have now is to try and cut the mouthguard into two. It comes with a website to go to for "instructions". But the website they give you goes nowhere. I am flying blind on figuring this out.

terrible and too thick
Do not waste your time and money on this item as it's far too large and clunky for most mouths. I have worn slightly similar one piece grind guards from a major brand for several years and am very accustomed to having one piece on my top teeth all night, every night. But this is so thick and large it is impossible to get comfortable in my opinion, even when properly fitted. I didn't feel safe using this and was able to receive a refund so I am pleased with the seller for that saving grace. However, I don't think this item should be sold.

Not sure what this would be good for but def not TMJ/Bruxism
I purchased this mouth guard to aid in helping with TMJ/bruxism, jaw-joint related issues. Common sense would dictate that this would be a half-measure at best when compared to proper mouth guards from a TMJ Specialist. I thought this would be better than nothing and a savings compared to the $1400+ guards from the TMJ Specialist.The good: They arrived fast but without any directions, I contacted the company directly and they provided me with thorough and complete directions for molding these for fitment.The bad: Both of the mouth guards appeared to be the same size (small), I followed the directions to exacting specifications and they were indeed spot on, but both were also indeed the exact same size. I tried contacting the company again to see about replacement, offering to send back the current ones so that they could address the quality control issue and I never heard back.Conclusion: Had these been the right size, they would have been too soft and not helped at all. I did bite the bullet and saw a TMJ specialist, this was an expensive treatment as they ended up making me both a day and a night time guard but can you really put a price on health and pain treatment?

Definitely not a good product. Comes with no instructions and also, there is no case as shown in the pictures. Upon trying, does not fit properly and there are no instructions on how to adjust it.

Didn't work for me
This just didn't work for me. I never got a good fit and wearing it made my teeth move which caused additional teeth pain.
