I’m a professional carpet and upholstery cleaner for 25 years and I love my job now I know this is worth the money because I will make my money tripled in the orchid that I bought for only $200 bucks online since I saved $509 instead of buying on Amazon, I got it used but it in brand new condition as you could see the pictures all I had to do is buff it up shine it, polish it and the brand new Since that’s what I do, I refurbish, buffer machines, machinery, and more but I will be using this orc on area rugs on my bigger machine it was too heavy and it might damage jobs are extremely delicate and I couldn’t do the job sometimes and now I can do it with this new brush. I’m aware it off a little bit, but it will clean well and slow rugs with me luck I will soon use this on tile and woodfloors as Will can’t wait time to make some money wish my luck people…

We have one of Oreck's floor machines and wanted to use it to clean a large area rug in our kitchen. It had been some time since I last used the carpet brush. Short story: Couldn't find the brush that came with the machine, so I ordered one of these through Amazon. Quick delivery, same quality as the original brush and works great. The price was much better than through Oreck. Recommended.

It fit right on without issues. It drags on thick carpets. But it does a decent job.

I use this on carpets that shouldn't be done with the heavier green brush attachment. I'd say the green works for heavy Berber, and this one for shag carpets because this black one won't leave such aggressive marks on the shag. However, if you have a really dirty shag then use the green first, black second in order to recondition the nap. Both brushes bring the nap back up in carpets, which is awesome. I love them both and this one is just a little bit less aggressive. Never leave the machine sitting upright on this attachment because it will squash the fibers down. I set it on its side when I'm doing something else and will come back to it. Even in storage be careful that things don't sit on the fibers.I also use this on some vinyl cleaning jobs. It depends on the texture of the surface as to whether this gets all the built-up dirt out.

We bought this carpet brush at the same time as the orbital scrubber, the premist, and dry carpet cleaning powder. Every thing works marvelously well together. I did about 600 square feet right away to excellent effect on a plush carpet that is about two years old and not previously cleaned except for regular vacuuming. The high traffic areas by the doors and between rooms were showing some compression that has been completely eliminated. The color of the carpet has been restored everywhere to like new and it is even softer now than when it was new. We are very pleased with the results and still have enough premist and powder to do the same area another 4 or 5 times. A little goes a long way.
