I have fine wavy hair. I use this product on both damp and dry hair without using a blow dryer. It cuts out the frizz, defines my curls, and leaves my hair soft and shiny. I would definitely recommend this product.

This is fine if you have normal frizzy hair and need some protection. Doesn't do anything for damaged hair however.
