Works great. No leaks, awesome coffee. Very strong concentrate. One batch goes a long way.

The unit is somewhat cumbersome to use. There is some difficulty getting the bottom seal tight so the unit doesn’t leak. However, that said it is fairly easy to use. It does take some time and there is a fair amount of cleanup. Have only had it for a few weeks, but I am using it for all my coffee.

The BOD cold brew coffee system makes outstanding coffee, but is an enormous pain to take apart (for cleaning and refilling with beans). After about 6 months of wrestling with it to take it apart, I’ve gotten fed up. Water-proof seems leak coffee all over the counter. I read the reviews, saw these very issues raised over and over, and bought it anyway. My mistake. I urge you to not do the same.

The device is simple to use and I have made cold brew 4 times with it. 3 of the 4 times the system leaks during the brewing process and I find coffee trickling out all over my counter after an hour or so. You have to screw it down so hard that you need a strap wrench to remove top when complete. Just started fourth brew. Stated leaking almost immediately. And into the trash it went.

Great product overall except the fact that it leaks no matter how tight I try to make the lid.

Just make sure the bottom is tight and I have had no leaks after 6 uses. I love my BOD cold brew system
