Breast milk stayed frozen for 9 Hours!I was nervous flying with frozen breast milk on a plane (Houston to Los Angeles). And I researched so many different ways to fly with frozen breast milk. I felt defeated reading so many reviews until I came across this cooler. Let me be frank. I took a chance flying with my breastmilk in the check in luggage. But I didn't want to pay $150 dollars to pack it with dry ice (United airlines policy) nor find a way to transport it with dry ice and pay over 100 dollars to ship it, or travel with it in my carry on (scared they would take it away). So I did my research - and this cooler rocks!I could pack about a dozen frozen medela breastmilk pouches with 3 Nordic ice packs and put it in my check in luggage - and when I got to Los Angeles (1hour to get to airport, 2h TSA and waiting to board the plane plus a 3.5h flight and then a 2h drive home) all the pouches with frozen rock solid.Had to use this for the wedding I was attending too. Kept the milk cold for 8h.

The concept of this product is superb, but the quality of the actual bag is poorly made. The zippers broke the first day I used it; consequently, I was highly disappointed. I love the removable ice packs, but if I can't zip the bag it's useless.

I like this lunch box. I wish the ice blocks were thicker bit it does a good job keep the food cool if it is kept in an air conditioned room. Probably would hold up long it kept outside.

Best cooler ever. Keeps food & drinks cold all day. I just bought this to replace one that I took my lunch to work everyday for 7 years. (busted the zipper on old one otherwise would still be going strong.) I kept the ice packs and still use them in other coolers because they stay cold so long.

All the zippers broke off the first time I unzipped them. NOT KIDDING! Every zipper broke.

Best portable fridge ever. We bring water for our dogs with us as they love it cold. Stays cold for hours!

Bought this to keep my breastmilk in but it doesn't stay as cold as the reviews claimed. So I started using it for my lunch instead. It's roomy enough and does stay cool until lunchtime. Was disappointed ALL the little zippers for the ice pack pockets broke on the interior and I've only been using this lunch box for about 6 weeks. Overall, it's an okay product. Little overpriced for the quality.

The ice packs are sewn into the lining. I previously owned another fridge to go where you were able to remove the ice blocks and put them into the freezer, then place them back into the lining of the bag. Now you have to place the whold bag into the freezer!
