Good for my needs
The device appears to work well. I would have liked to mount it on the wall but it has no mounting hardware. This is not uncommon so it isn't that it's bad in any way. Many don't have a way to mount it. Some double sided tape will work but I would have liked some lugs with screw holes on the ends to accommodate the mount. The connecting wire (usb-a to usb-b) would be nice if it was just a bit longer but it just reaches the connection on the back of my computer so it will work as well, just a little tight. Overall it did increase my speed of transfer from the previous one I had which was quite a bit older so that is a good thing. The power supply is fine but could have used the wire-block-wire method instead of the plug in block. I had to shift around some items on my power management block to find a place to plug it in without blocking other outlets but I got it worked out. It is in a metal case so it should be very durable and hold up under pressure. I could recommend this device if you are in need of such a thing.

Great USB 3.2 Hub for USB-A connectors
I have 5 4-Disk RAID-5 arrays that I attach via USB-A connectors. This is the third USB 3.2 Hub I've tried. The other 2 had problems with the arrays disconnecting, often while copying files. This one, however, is working great and is rock solid. My older PCIe 5-port USB 3.0 adapter was starting to feel slow, so I figured I'd switch to an external hub to make it easier to replace, and get a USB 3.2 hub for faster transfers. I've copied about 30GB of files to the arrays so far, and I've had no disconnects with this hub. I have a large transfer of a few terabytes to do from one of the arrays to another, but I haven't done it yet. I'll update this post after I do that transfer.

Cleaned up all my wires
Cleaned up all my wires. Best idea for a USB connection. Trashed all my old USB 1 & 2 hubs. No problem using any connected device.

Quality Hub, Good Desktop Form-Factor
I picked this up, as I needed more ports. My previous hub is a Startech HB31C3. Pros: - Lots of ports - Individual switches - USB-A; perhaps a con to some, but I prefer this form factor for a desktop hub. Can just use A-to-C adapters - True to spec I initially thought this hub was significantly affecting my RF environment, but I was mistaken. It was an emmc reader. No complaints thus far!

Too many ports, not enough power.
This hub is pretty bad. It does not have nearly the power capacity to saturate all the ports. Devices will be working, be switched off, and switched back on and will not be detected until I shut something off to get the power up to initialize. I literally feel like I'm on the Apollo 13 mission trying to figure out the order devices need to be powered on for them all the be detected. The hub is plugged into a USB 3.2 port on my tower. EDIT after initial review: So the manufacturer reached out to me after posting my review and gave me some more technical information about the hub. The hub allocates 25W of energy per group of 5 ports. I intended and was using this hub to power multiple external hard drives, a Blu-ray Writer, and Raspberry Pi. This would explain why ports would go dead in groups and not come back to life until I power cycled it. They also offered me a full refund. So based on that, I'm going to up my rating to 5 out of 5 stars just due to their outstanding customer service and addressing me with technical information and not just treating me like some dumb buyer. I would suggest however that they include this power distribution arrangement and limit in their item description. I've repurposed the hub to drive all my basic stuff, keyboard (and lighting), mouse mat, wireless mice and chargers, infrared Webcam, and 3-axis controller and moved the power hungry items to my motherboard. It powers all that stuff just fine. So all in all, I'm a satisfied customer and won't write off their products in the future, but will inquire whether my intended use is within their product's capabilities.

Good USB hub but slow charging cell phone
I had another USB hub were the blue lights were too bright so sent back to Amazon for refund. Most of the USB hubs had complaints of the blue lights being too bright. It took a while to find this USB hub with no bad reviews for the lights being too bright and good reviews overall. The switch lights are dim when looking from an angle. When looking from above the lights are bright without being too bright. The lights would be easier to see if red. I have another USB hub with a dim red light on the switches but is easier to see from an angle and in a bright room. The blue light on the power supply is bright. It is on the floor away from me so that’s OK. It is good quality aluminum housing. The on off buttons to turn on each port works well. The USB and power cable are good length and quality. Everything works good so far except when I tried to charge 2 android smart phones the charging current is too low. The description on Amazon says each USB fast charging port of the multi USB Hub can deliver up to 2.1A of current. I have a Samsung Galaxy A14 5G smart phone I bough about 7 months ago. I have a USB power meter to measure charging current and voltage. With the power supply plugged into the hub the USB power meter reads 5.04 volts on USB ports. I tried several USB ports to charge The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G phone with 31% battery charge left and the charging current is only .42 amps with phone turned on or off. Phone has fast charge turned on. Only one other ports is turned on for the wireless mouse. I also tried to charge an Android VIEW 3 Smartphone turned on and off and the charging current was only .42 amps also. I have a APC P12U2 surge protector that has 2 USB charging ports with max of 2.4 amps which says Smart Charging recognizes your devices and maximizes charging speed. When I connect the Samsung A14 5G smart phone into one of these ports the charging current is 1.18 amps and 5.13 volts on USB power meter. I charged an air duster on the USB hub and the USB power meter reads 2 amps charging current like it should so the power supply must be good. The charging current is just too low for my android smartphones. Maybe the charging current is higher on an iphone but don’t have one. These reviews on amazon say: This Hub is fast to charge my iPhone, it won’t charge a phone, Great hub but not for fast charging cell phones. Their should be a chip in the USB hub that communicates with the phone to negotiate the appropriate charging current a process called "handshaking” which i believe this hub doesn't have? I don't see a description on Amazon that specifically says it will smart charge a cell phone. Today on Amazon page for this model I noticed when you scroll down a little on the left side it says there is a newer model of this item. The description says smart charging 4 USB A Smart Charging ports only. Charging ports DO NOT support data transfer. I wanted 16 ports for data transfer so would not have bought this model but would fast charge a cell phone. If you want fast charging for cell phone the USB hub must say SMART CHARGING. Didn’t buy it to also charge my smartphone so not a deal breaker. I just have to charge my android smart phones on my APC surge protector USB ports to get higher charging current. I am happy with this USB hub otherwise.

A good investment for VR users with full body tracking.
Seems to be working great. It's nice to have the extra power when you need it for a full VR set up.

Customer support and warranty Is nonexistent
I purchased this hub on September 18, 2025. It was exactly what I wanted. It worked well for about three months. Then it stopped working altogether. I noticed that I was unable to save files to any drives connected to the hub. After testing each drive in the USB hub and then directly connecting it to the computer, I found out that all of the drives would not function from the USB hub but did function when directly connected to the computer. All of the drives that were connected to the hub including the ones that didn't work worked perfectly when I connected them directly to the computer. This tells me that the connectivity problem is with the USB hub, not with the computer. on January 2, 2026 i sent an email to Acasis support Explaining what the problem was with the hub. On January 6th, 2026 they responded by asking for information about the platform I was using, , and a link to the product that I had purchased. On January 7, 2026 I responded giving them the information they requested as well as a link to Amazon where I purchased the item. I informed them that all I was looking for was a return authorization so that I could send it back have it examined and have them send me another unit that actually worked and kept working. I have not heard back from them since that time. When I purchased the unit, it came with a one year warranty. Obviously that warranty is not yet expired. I would hope that anyone reading this review would understand my frustration seeking only to have an item replaced that I had paid for and found not working. The company should be ashamed of not even responding to my request, or contacting me in any other way. Obviously a company that cannot be trusted with supporting their products should not be used for purchasing.

Aesthetically design, quick data transfer & charging
First impression well built good quality alumimium casing. Each port can be switched on/off and when on it emits a blue light next to port in use. I find the blue light not too bright and not bothersome. Comes with 2 USB cables in which to connect to PC depending on the type of USB port you have on your PC. Currently 7 peripherals connected and all are working fine. Data transfer I find is fast being USB 3.2 hub. Also used to charge up Android smartphone which it did reasonable quick. Only minor issue I would have liked the weight of the hub to be heavier. Hub is quite light and when you have numerous peripherals plugged in the weight of the USB cables can cause the hub to move a little. Apart from this I find the design aesthetically pleasing on the eye. Price is a little heavy but it does the job thence 1 star knocked off to give 4 stars. Overall I would recommend this product.
