I have 3 switches. Will each remote control one switch. They will all be together and I need 3 remotes to separately control 3 switches.

I don't see the documentation that used to be provided in the product information, but the remote has to be programmed to the unit. I'm reasonably sure each remote will be different - and in the case you needed each of the three remotes to operate all three units, you can program each unit to work with multiple remotes, effectively giving each remote "permission" for all units. The trouble with posting questions here, is that you more often get answered by simple fools who have bought these items before you -rather than to have SELLERS or MANUFACTURERS answer these questions. THIS fool is pretty sure you'll be FINE for the planned use you described. Just make sure the seller's page you're purchasing from says, "...and FREE RETURNS" - send it BACK if it doesn't work out - but I'm reasonably sure you're good-to-go..!

I bought 2 of these set them both up the same amd only one works, the green light comes on when you click the remote but you dont hear the solenoid,

These are fairly straightforward. I’d say if your not hearing the relay, then most likely it’s defective. I used these for roof fans in my RV and it was simple 12v in and out.
