4,000 Questions for Getting to Know Anyone and Everyone

I bought this book for a long vacation with my uncle and had a blast with It. We answered questions for hours! I find that it's not just good for my uncle but also for friends that I know well as well as friends I am trying to get to know better for your file setup now 13 years and want to get to know him better,, and even for my parents that I've known for 50 years. Some of the questions are quite hilarious the questions Are quite intense and serious. This would make a great party game to get to know friends better or casual business meeting opener. I would definitely buy this book again if I lost this one, and have given it to several friends already, one of which is an engaged to be married coiuple and I think it will be good for them to get to know each other better before they maKe a lifetime commitment to each other.

I love this book. It has helped me get the courage to get to know people in my life that i want to be closer to and have not found the words to ask in the proper way and really get to know the person for who they really are. I am kind of a shy person and do not really know how to be blunt and get right to the heart and core of what i am trying to ask. So all in all, this book has helped me tremendously.I was able to pick this up in a promotion from the manufacturer in exchange for my honest review and they have most certainly earned my business and i am referring this book to all my friends and family as a way to increase the relationships, and knowing the people in their lives.

This book is a classic to break out when you want to have fun or have a group that wants to get to know each other better! There are many relevant categories depending on the person or group you want to "get to know." They can range from funny and light-hearted to deep and meaningful. I bought this to go through with my long-distance boyfriend at the time (now husband), and it really worked to continue the conversations and get to know each other better from afar!

Want to get to know your family and friends? This is the book for you. It covers a wide variety of categories. My 16 y/o nephew loves to sit around and ask the family questions from this book. If a 16 y/o loves it then anyone can love it. I highly recommend buying this book. The questions in the book go much deeper then the shallow get to know you questions you will find on the interwebs.

HI, This book may bring out a person's past and help you understand why they act like they do, like a counselor may ask, but too much interrogation. I think people should do activities with people and learn about them that way more than asking questions. This may get conversations started that are interesting, but leave the past in the past and start fresh in life if possible. Forgive all and move on. The past does not define us now. Happiness....

I've had a lot of success using this book in advanced ESL classes, whether for writing or conversation topics.I've also enjoyed using it with my wife, we take turns picking questions for each other to answer. (We've also added a lot of our own.)Some people might feel overwhelmed if they take the approach of trying to think about or ask someone all or even most of the questions in order.This is a book to be brought out occasionally and savored little by little. It's added more perspective and fun to our lives than any book we've read in a long time.

Not bad, we bought this book to ask a question a night to learn things we didn't know about each other. Sometimes we'll play a wacky game of truth or not by answering the question with a real answer or a made up one, then the family guesses if it's true or not. At that point, we acknowledge if it was a fib then answer for real. Sometimes it's interesting what people one up with and sometimes can surprise with the real answers. For more intimate items, one might consider the couples question book.

I bought this book as a sort of game for my fiance' and I. I figured with 4000 questions, how could it be anything but dull?I was disappointed as I flipped through the book, to see that we had already asked each other most of these questions. I was looking for interesting, conversation sparking questions--and these were your streotypical "just getting to know you" questions. We resorted to making up our own questions.If you want a general book with general questions, this is for you. If you're looking for a more in depth, personal book with exciting questions--this is NOT it.

I find this book very handy as sometimes it's hard to spark a conversation with someone, so if you're meeting someone new, or maybe if you're dating someone new, it can be a good reference. Although pulling the book out during a meeting might get you some looks so maybe just remember which ones you are interested in.The different categories cover enough to get to know someone quite deeply.

This has been a helpful book full of questions. Some of the questions are a bit on the American leaning other than great questions!
