The new "Italia 3D" shovel represents the latest innovation in Lilly Codroipo. It is an extremely light shovel, weighing only 750 grams. The 3D system reduces the friction of the dough on the shovel by 30%. The system consists of 4 slightly raised bands on the plate of the blade that keep the disc of dough raised and thus reduce the clutch between the product and the tool. Furthermore, the drilling allows to completely unload the excess of flour that remains residual under the dough with a consequent less cleaning of the oven.
