Pool anchors.
I like these replacements for the original pool anchors which were made of aluminum. They corroded to the point of almost disintegrating.These should last much longer. Very pleased.

Brass is the right way to go.
The brass was the right choice for installation of the pool rail. They are very sturdy and a good value.

A crew installed these, but they seemed to be perfect for the job.

I had to get a longer screw with a bigger head to attach the grounding wire.

Beware, the washers provided on the bolts are mild steel!
The size was perfect for my rail and ladder. The body is all brass. The bolt to tighten is stainless. The washer is mild steel! So being my pool is salt water the washers rusted and stained my new concrete! Luckily I was able to clean the stain away because I had integral sealer added to the concrete when it was mixed. If not for that I would be very upset. This issue should not happen.
