This is fantastic soap! It smells like butt, but the smell rinses off. This has saved my skin, and potentially my life, after receiving a bad batch of chlorhexidine! I use it on the sweaty parts twice a day and it keeps the hs and stink away!

I originally heard of Dettol on tiktok. I have HS(hidradenitis suppurativa). I have noticed since using it going 3 weeks now that the flares have gotten smaller in my armpits and the darkness has lightened in my armpits as well. And it has helped with my eczema and the itching. It does smell like pine sol to me, but it is supposed to have a pine smell. But it works.

2 pack for $5.80 seemed like a decent price.The soap bars are a little smaller then expected but there great! Lathers well. The smell of the soap is different but still refreshing, not bad. I use this soap as a pre-wash, so it leaves the skin a little dry but I then follow up with my regular body wash.

If you have babies with eczema I believe this is a great product to use for them. My daughter has super sensitive skin on her belly & anytime I used baby soap on her she always breaks out, but when I started using this it helped & it never breaks her out.
