50X60CM SILVER MODERN PHOTO PICTURE POSTER FRAME WITH IVORY 40X50CM MOUNT

I bought 5 of these frames, thinking that I was paying a bit extra for quality, but what I received was absolutely dreadful. The frame joints were poorly finished off, and the photo covers were made of very cheap plastic. I returned these and bought replacement frames, of a much better quality, for half the price from a well known discount high street retailer. The further disappointment was that I had to pay to return the frames, which using the cheapest delivery method possible, was just under £10.

I was hesitant at first about buying these frames, but had struggled to find ones with the correct dimensions so took a gamble. Unfortunately one of them arrived damaged - there was no damage to the outer packaging so I do wonder if this was like it on sending, but I can’t be bothered with the faff of sending something this big back so have decided it is easier to keep them. Aside from that, these are great frames, especially for the price you are paying. The mounts fit perfectly inside the frames, and the Perspex is very clear and when up you can’t tell that it isn’t glass (just take both protective films off or it won’t be so clear!). The part you hang it from is fine - some reviews say it doesn’t come out far enough but you are able to bend the metal so that is comes out the correct distance in order to hang it. Arrived within the estimated time frame. I would have given 5 stars were it not for the damage.

Dissapointed. Looks good but 1st the mount was too big, I had to trim it down myself to make it fit the frame. When It came to hanging the frame the metal clips kept bending as the frame was too heavy for them! I had to glue them on to make them stay put. I have messaged them & was offered a new mount which is still yet to be seen & after sending pictures which they requested I haven't heard from them again.

I needed a frame for an urgent project so I paid the extra for the express delivery which guarantees delivery within 2days, ordered it on a Friday with expected advertised delivery for Monday. Did not come until Tuesday (tracking on parcel force website shows it was only posted at 2pm Monday).The frame had a clear visible scuff and the mount was horribly cut. Ended up with an unhappy customer on my end because it was late and I also had to discount the artwork price a lot because the frame was damaged.Ultimately paid the price for putting faith in getting this, thinking it would be fit for purpose, but I needed it urgently so I couldn’t return or get a refund but also no point paying a lot more for “fast delivery”

Took forever to arrive. Within the indicated time but for this price you expect a convenient same day delivery. Paid £15 each x 3 for what feels like a £5 item. The first one made me sweat, too much DYI fitting the drawing, the mount must overlap by 1-2mm, no way: the window 0.5mm smaller each side. I used a masking tape at the back. The hanging bracket don’t bother. I had to use a professional solution to hang the frame to make sure it does not land on my son’s head. I could not bother returning I had to deal with it. I want my 70% money back.

Well packaged, with protective film each side of the plexiglass to minimize scratches. Decent, perhaps the same or a little less quality-wise than I was expecting. good quality mat, and uniform, good quality finish on the frame (no wood grain on this model), but the visible joins at the corners of the frame have small gaps that make the frame look a little cheap, which is my main issue with these ones. Not terrible, but I wouldn't buy again unless it was at least 20% less than the price of a similar quality one at the store, or if I needed a whole bunch of different sizes in the same style from this series (easier to get online in that case).

In the process or returning this as the quality is terrible , I wished I looked at previous reviews as they are spot on. The edging is rough, the mount is clearly not a 20x16 photo mount . Absolutely annoyed that I have to pay for the postage of a faulty poor quality frame! Please anyone.. don’t waste your time with this frame or seller

I don't normally review items on Amazon but the quality of this item was so bad that I must (expecially given the price). The item came damaged--the plastic that was included with this frame was severely scratched, the matt was poorly cut so that the cut extended into the corner, and the corner of the frame was chipped off. You won't be surprised it's in such terrible condition when it arrives because the frame is basically made out of cardboard. It's a complete piece of junk and belongs nowhere in the house except for the rubbish bin.
