Great feel and durability
Easy stick to get used to. We'll balanced and very versatile. Also one of, if not the most durable sticks I've used. Would highly recommend to anyone, not just to fans of matt

Good sticks
Good product. These sticks are lighter and have a bit more finesse than my previous ones. If they're good enough for Stanton Moore, they're good enough for me!

Great Sticks
These stick are great! They are a little thinner than i'd hoped, more towards a 7a kinda size. However they are extremely well balanced, and shred instead of snapping so you know when you need to think about getting some more.

5 Pairs of Sticks - in 5 Boxes
Omar Hakim's are great sticks - light varnish for grip, round nylon tip for extra 'ting', and slightly shorter than usual gives extra control. BUT -Amazon sent me 5 pairs of sticks in 5 different oversize boxes; ridiculous?! What a waste of packaging and a strain on the rainforests. Shame on you Amazon!

Vic Firth Gavin Harrison sticks.
My sticks take quite a beating, as shown in the pic. Vic Firth sticks are very well made, and these have the added bonus of having a non slip grip, which is great during long perfomances with the hands getting increasingly sweaty. Main drawback - although this an American company, this model of stick is currently discontinued in the United States, and had to be shipped from the U.K. The price of Vic Firth sticks is already noticeably more expensive than any of its competitors, but now add on the price of shipping from the U.K. and they make for a rather expensive indulgence.
