One box. Because the box has three heights, it’s like having 3 different boxes in one. It’s fantastic and very well built.

I only weigh about 122 lbs and I'm 5'2" tall, so I don't think for my height and weight it would. I have gotten on top doing deadlifts with a 25 lb kettlebell standing at the edge and never felt like I would fall over. It felt sturdy and solid for me. I do a lot of lunges/single leg exercises on it and it doesn't budge. It is a bit smaller than I expected but for my size it is the perfect box. Someone larger and/or heavier should probably get a larger size.

Q: Can boxes be stacked for a higher jump?

These can be stacked, however it is not recommended because they can shift upon impact which could result in injury.
