OMNIHIL8 Feet Adapter Charger Compatible with ClonerAlliance HDML-Cloner Box Pro-(CA-998P)

I recently had to evacuate my home because of hurricane Ian. My recorder has one of these plugs, but unfortunately when packing to evacuate last week, I misplaced the plug that I packed with the recorder and external electronics I have and took it with me.Long story, short, upon returning home, I could not find the olug and even though I had a similar plug that plugged in to the back of my recorder, it would not power on. I bought this cord as a replacement adapter while also reaching out to ClonerAlliance to see what they can do. This adapter is not compatible with the ClonerAlliance HDML Cloner Box Pro as it is advertised. Hopefully, ClonerAlliance can send me a replacement as I have asked because my recorder works fine just needs the right power adapter and it isn't right that someone should have to buy a new recorder just because they misplaced a power adapter while evacuating because of a storm. I'm very lucky to have a home to come back to as it is, not interested in spending more money when I shouldn't have to. This adapter might be good for another piece of equipment, but it doesn't work with the ClonerAlliance HDML Cloner Box Pro.
