We Knife Co Ltd Model 809 Practic Green WE809A

I know what you’re thinking, $146 for a pocket knife? How’s that a great value? Well for one it boast a Bohler M390 steel which if you know anything about knives, a steel usually found knives in the $200 range. M390 is bomb steel! The fit and finish is excellent and great build quality, but that’s par for the course for WE Knife Co. If you’re on a budget, check out their budget brand Civivi, great knives for a fraction of the cost, the only trade off is steel quality. The only 2 nitpicks I have about this knife is the color of liners are ugly as sin and the flipper tab is a bit sharp. The flipper tab is fixable with some filing work but unfortunately the liners are not. Still, a great knife and sits atop my edc rotation.

It's embarrassing that these Chinese made knives absolutely blow away anything made in America for the price. I have American-made Spydercos, I have Benchmades, and I have ZTs, but none of them have the fit and finish of this knife. Not at the price.

This knife gets all five stars. Great EDC. It’s just so right and feels so familiar. We is a great company and everything they make is done very well. I think the have knocked it out of the park with this model. Perhaps a truly perfect design. Most certainly certainly “timeless” pocket knife. An instant classic.

Beautiful knife. The Bohler M390 steel is simply amazing. It is both extremely tough and extremely sharp.

I love these knives! We are great knives with the best materials. Perfect carry size. Blade and knife overall is on the thicker side but not bad.
