Arch support instant pain relief.
Brilliant product.I have the start of planter fasciitis and these helped enormously.I have been putting them in all shoes but I’m now about to buy a second pair.

Painful and expensive
I did a lot of research before buying these, because these type of insoles are expensive. Based on a number of reviews these seemed to be what I needed for my arthritis and flat feet. Unfortunately they are not for me. I have worn them for 1 hour each day as advised. Now, not only my knee is sore but my hip is as well, and that is new. I feel worse now than when I got them. I can't send them back as I no longer have the box, and they are an American company so where do I send them for the "money back guarantee"? I wore them in casual tie shoes for work, not trainers. The fit was good, but I am now in some pain, which will take weeks to get rid of. The reviews on the American Amazon site are good, so they may work for some people, just not for me.
