[3/3/6/6/43 ft] Nylon Phone Cable [MFI Certified]

A great artisanal pasta that realy goes well with scallops and a good Sicilian wine. The local flour from an anciaent Sicilian wheat makes this different from your standard shop bought pasta. A quality product with a genuinely different taste to pastas made from durum wheat and other flours.

This pasta made from Tumminia wheat has a very distinctive taste, quite different from the usual pasta flavour. I bought this to be served with Pesto alla Trapanese and my guests and others who have sampled it all say it is quite excellent.

There's nothing to dislike about this tasty, delicious 😛pasta. I made it with a salad and as a pasta vegetable bake with cheese.
