Product seems to be good so far. Not extremely loud but loud enough. Seems to work well. Battery seems to hold a charge well. I have downloaded a couple apps so far and they seem to work well. Touch screen seems pretty responsive. Picture seems to be fairly good. Takes a bit of getting used to. Not quite like a regular tablet. I would like to have seen them put in a plug for using headphones. Hopefully it will hold up long term. Time will tell.

It lasted until the 30day warranty and that was it. Just spend the extra and get the Amazon Echo

i love this thing, as it fit my need perfectly. that said, anyone who buys this should know, right out of the box, its bad.here is what i mean- i took mine apart after unboxing it, because the sound was terrible, and wanted to see what might be wrong. (hint, the speakers were swapped- so it had no right channel- easy fix, just swap connectors. _) ( the sub and right speaker plugs were reversed)- WiFI was hit or miss.... i found mine had not been soldered correctly, and after i re-terminated the RF cable, its perfect.- tablet is SLOW due to 1GIG ram. yes it is, BUT if you enable Developer options, you'll find the BOOTLOADER IS UNLOCKED = easy ROOT for anyone familiar with ADB. and with ROOT = you can tweak it to perfection.NO OTHER COMPANY MAKES ANYTHING LIKE THIS (some are close but have weak audio power)after the fixes, i love this thing. IMPORTANT NOTE- if you care about AUDIO QUALITY, change the 2 inch left/right speakers, as the stock ones are JUNK. any 4ohm 5watt speaker should work, and i swapped in some JBL's i had laying around, to create a AWESOME MUSIC STATION for my work area.my only grip about this ( aside from the fixes that should have been fixed on the production line ) is the UI, it has a forced user interface that is limited and not a android experience. i am still in process of removing this UI so its a PURE android experience, but software isn't my strong point, so it will take a little time.note2 = the battery pack is a 1-S config, with 3 - 18650 CELLS in parallel. not sure why they use a 5.5mm DC barrel jack connector with 12v DC (center pin is positive) when a standard USB connector would work fine for charging. this info aside, its EASY to swap in larger capacity 18650 cells. ( i used 3500MaH ) play time with a bigger battery is long, even on loud volume.again, great tablet, just know you need to fix its wrong doings. and ill post pictures at a later time, for anyone to see the internals, to help with the simple FIXES.i can only hope they make a 2ND generation, with a larger more powerful audio amp, and android with at LEAST 3GIG memory,NOTE3 = the speakers and audio are done well, ( even if the speakers are themselves CHEAP and not plugged in correctly) as it maintains true output without distortion at full volume, and each of the 3 speakers are in professionally designed boxes that are sealed. ( this part impressed me considering only higher class audio company's makes fully tuned speaker boxes )PS: PLEASE ADD A HDMI output on the NEXT GENERATION.

It's a wonderful gift for a kid I bought it for my birthday this actually a nice gift but unfortunately I'm not able to use the Bluetooth capability not compatible with my devices
