ok this is a cheap couch, looks nice but cheap, definitely wont last more then a year or two, especially if you have kids, would ge great in an office or something for show where its not getting excessive use. I will be buying plywood to put under the cushions to prevent sinking, because its not very durable and probably taking the cushions in and get more durable, thicker suff put in them, the stuff that comes in it will over time squish down and not come back up, but they domlook nice and are light to carry and easy if you have to move, dont want if you have pets, it scratches easy

I bought this about 6 months ago and i am already in the market for a new couch. It looked like a good deal at the time, and was good for about 1-2 months then all the cushions broke down. The best thing was the otto man that i bought seperatly. Thinking about taking to goodwill and sitting on lawn chairs till i get a new one..

We were called by ABF Freight on 5-30 and given demands on what they expect for delivery - will not carry to door, need to be home 9-5 and scheduled Friday 5-31 delivery by a nasty woman. Same woman calls back Friday 5-31 and explains the driver is injured need to reschedule. Fine I can understand that, things happen. Now since they wont carry the furniture to door since my front door is 6 steps up I cant lift by myself and need my fiance to take off work also again. They also will not deliver on weekends no problem reschedule for Monday 6-3 again no shorter time than 9-5 wait until 4:15 call to make sure the woman tells me she contacted driver and it will be within the hour and explained how only 17 of there 21 drivers showed up for work. Again no problem call back at 6pm guess what get another man who expalins they gave my package to a marketing partner whose office closes at 5pm hopefully it will be delivered by 7pm. Nothing call again this morning 6-4 make sure my couch will be delivered before we go to work, same woman "of yes absoluetly so sorry it will be there befre 2pm I promise". Get a call at 1:30 from a man from the shipping company apparently thr woman at ABF is a sociopath and cant help but lie day after day since he informed me it never was put on truck! I finally lost it and apparently by the end of the day I will have my delivery - not holding my breath since this was the case the last 3 days. Now I can only hope it was not damaged being moved around from company to company. I have never had a problem with amazon before but their choice in delivery is horrible - I have ordered multiple items always UPS and Fedex and never a problem always on time if not early. I dont think I can ever order again unless it is clearly stated that it will be shipped either by UPS or Fedex or a reputable company.

First, This product is cheap so don't expect more than what you paid for. second, Assembly was not that bad and the instructions came with it are meanless. I recomend this sectional for students and others who live in small apartments.Overall 3 stars are fair enough for this product.

Well Ill just say, it wasnt what I thought it would be. the color was a lot darker than expected. it took so much work into building it up when i thought that it would come rapped in plastic already set up. its not as soft as it looks. its actually a bit uncomfortable. If i had to do it all over again, i would by my couch somewhere else.

I really luv this set..I found it difficult to put together but my husband took less than 30 min....it's good quality for my fam....I have 4 children and like any other furniture b careful of how u treat it.....reasonable price for my fam it brings my family room to life ...luv it

THE STICHING WAS SLOOPY. THE FABRIC ATTRACTS EVERYTHING. WHEN MY DAUGHTER LEANED ON THE ARM, IT CAVED IN LIKE IT WAS CARDBOARD. THE BACK DOES NOT COME UP VERY HIGH SO ITS NOT COMFORTABLE TO SIT ON FOR VERY LONG...IF YOU ARE NOT HOME MUCH AND HAVE NO PETS OR KIDS THIS MAY BE A OK BUY FOR YOU. I WOULD RECOMEND EVERYONE TO BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. THE PILLOWS DO SIT WELL OR TO LAY ON IS OK. BUT I DO NOT EXPECT THIS WOULD LAST A YEAR ON HEAVY TO MEDIUM WEAR. I EXPECT IT TO BREAK. I WISHED I READ THE REVIEWS..BUT ITS A DONE DEAL NOW. I BOUGHT THE WARRANTY THE DAY AFTER IT ARRIVED. THE DELIVERY WAS FAST. AND THEY HIRED A SPECIAL TRUCK TO DELIVER OUT INTO THE COUNTY. IT DOES COME IN PARTS THAT YOU HAVE TO ASSEMBLE

It very good for me with my young children. It did not hold up to how active my young child where. Hopefully them made it more durable now. Lasted a year or less. But okay maybe for young adults who dont have young children or big dogs.
