Worked great for early bumblefoot
My flock has Bumblefoot going around right now. I saw that one of my hen's foot was turning red and swollen so I applied this, then gauze and vet wrap. I repeated it maybe two more times and in less than a week her foot looked almost back to normal. Pretty amazing! First photo was taken 8/28, second was taken 9/3.

2nd Degree Burn was No Match for This Gel
I was very impressed with how well this gel worked on a second degree steam burn. It helped stop the pain and further blistering while keeping bacteria out. Combined with some aloe gel, these two products stopped the pain within 3 hours. I used only this burn gel for the next two days. I was so relieved and surprise at how quickly the foot/ankle burn started to heal (less than 12 hours after applying). While the container is small (for the price of it), I used just a little gel and it worked great. It is not sticky... almost like applying thick water to the burn. Very easy to apply, too. I definitely will recommend this product and will purchase more when needed.

It works
It works. It actually heals the qound and doesn't allow it to scab. I had to use two tubes as I heal very slowly. It's good quality and it works. It's small, but as little goes a long way. Have a cotton swab ready to help spread it on your wound. Even though it's small in size, it's a good value for the money. I can't say it did a whole lot for pain relief though.

Like the idea, stuck to my skin and gauze causing issues.
I think the gel helped in healing my wound better, except I couldn't get it to STOP sticking the gauze to my burn. The wound healed well, but I don't know if it is what I will want to use in the future. Potentially this would work better with bandages and not regular gauze, but my burn was too big for bandages alone.

diaper rash approved
I had spent hundreds of dollars on over 10 variations of doctor recommended diaper rash creams for my 13 month old son. Nothing was working if anything my son’s rash was just getting worse. Hot to the touch , bleeding open wounds. baths 2 to 3 times a day drying his skin out in the process until my aunt recommended this product . Worked amazingly!!! Over night the raw inflammation had subsided and the healing process begin. Within 8 days my son’s diaper rash has completely vanished. We only applied to clean dry skin ,twice a day or after a bath. Not saying this will work for every skin type but saved the day for us.

Worthy buy
I've tried plenty of wound care products, but SILVEX Wound Gel has quickly become my go-to for minor cuts, burns, and scrapes. The nano-silver technology provides excellent antibacterial protection, helping to prevent infections while promoting faster healing. Unlike some gels that leave a greasy or sticky residue, this one absorbs well and provides instant relief without any mess. One of the things I love most about this gel is its versatility. It works great for cuts, burns, scrapes, and even bug bites, making it a reliable addition to any first aid kit. The compact 0.5 oz tube is perfect for keeping in my bag, car, or medicine cabinet for emergencies. Plus, it’s free from alcohol, fragrances, and other harsh chemicals, so it’s gentle even on sensitive skin.If I had to point out a downside, the tube is on the smaller side, so I wish there was a larger option available for home use. Also, the gel takes a little longer to absorb compared to some thinner formulas, but that’s a small trade-off for how effective it is.Overall, this is one of the best wound gels I’ve used, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a better alternative to traditional antibiotic ointments. It’s effective, soothing, and provides long-lasting protection—definitely worth keeping in every first aid kit!

Anecdotally nontoxic at least
I’ve used this on lots of mild injuries in the last six months since purchasing it. It has a clear, odorless, lubricant-like quality, decent packaging (though I’d prefer a finer applicator tip). More importantly, effectiveness is a hit or miss.I tried using this for angular cheilitis (chronically recurring cuts at the corners of the mouth) as this is what came up when I searched remedies. Unfortunately it doesn’t do much for that (depending on the cause, anti-fungal cream is usually better, along with Lysine ointment). Now for the weird bit… Last time I checked, the ingredients were pretty vague. However, due to the proximity of the angular cheilitis to my tongue, I’ve gotten a little in my mouth before, and it basically just tastes like aloe vera gel (but please don’t put this stuff in your mouth, it’s not for that!!!!!) — I’m still alive, so there’s that!Overall, if you really need an alternative to a more standard wound gel/cream, there shouldn’t be any harm in trying it to see whether it works for you. But for angular cheilitis, it’s likely just to dry it out further.
