I was a little concerned when I ordered this because of some of the negative reviews. I didn't know to just order a expensive one or not. I never owned a coffee grinder and I am so happy I did get this one. It works so great. Grinds coffee with no problems. I don't understand some of the negative reviews unless they are using it wrong. Mine works great. Grinds coffee bean in seconds. I love fresh coffee beans. The smell is amazing. That is all I like now is fresh grind bean coffee when brewing. People complain about it being dirty Well unplug it and get a paper towel and carefully wipe it out That's what I do or a soft little brush but you don't need all that maintenance cleaning. I clean mine with a dry paper towel after use and it's cleaned out. I have no issues. Don't listen to the negative reviews. Get it. It works great!! It grinds fast and cleans easy. Better then the expensive grinders and that's what surprises me. I love this too much I am very picky and I can say this works like a charm

Perfect grinder! Super cute! I use it everyday. It’s cute enough to leave out in the counter and easy to put away too. The cord winds up in the bottom for easy storage!
