Any sources on whether or not Nov 11 is the actual Terraria PS4 release date?

Is it compatible with PS3? As in, can I put the PS4 game into my PS3 to play it.

No. No ps4 game is compatible with the ps3.however, there's a version already available for the ps3.

The rating says there's blood and gore. How bad is it? Is it too much for a ten-year-old?

It’s not very bad. It’s a 2d game and while I love the game the graphics aren’t super clear due to it being so old/2D. A ten year old should be able to play it just fine. Especially if he’s playing COD or anything like that. There’s nothing really more graphic than Minecraft just the enemies explode into pieces when they die with some blood. That’s about the worst it gets.

Is this the version before the 1.3 console update? I am looking for a way to downgrade because the update completely destroyed my main world.

Technically I think, if you play with the disc and no internet so you don't download the updates then yes it would work. But if you already had it downloaded prior I don't think it will work.
