This gives me a large surface for baking purposes. So far have used for pizza dough, doesn't slip at all. Very easy to clean and rolls up for storage. Helpful circles, measurement guides and conversion charts printed on the mat and a plastic cutter also provided. Instructions warn you not to use a knife, but plastic cutter works very well.

This mat in prefect for pasta dough and pastry and stays put on worktops I have several of these bought a far time ago and they still look and work like new I use them in a row when rolling out pasta in sheets works really well I tend not to use knives on them but when I do I’m careful and they show no marks or cuts , usually I use pastry cutters ( wheels ) these dont seem to damage the mat at all highly recommend!

This is a really versatile and invaluable piece of kitchen kit. New wood worktops meant I couldn’t roll pastry directly anymore but this super thick, non slip silicone mat creates a lovely clean and large surface for rolling with useful diameters shown. As an added bonus it can also be used as a non-stick mat in the oven

I had a previous silicone mat not as the sane quality as this purchase and it moved about and was too small.This one is brilliant , stays put to the worktop surface, gives excellent adhesion to dough when rolling and easy to wipe clean.So far the edges/corners remain in place (no curling etc.).I bought the large size and I’ll only be using it for pastry dough rolling , so unable to comment about use in standard oven. Besides the size I got is wider than a standard 60cm wide oven.I dunno why I didn’t take the plunge sooner. No regrets yet. Good value for money too.

Bought from my pizza enthusiast partner, saves out benches from getting messy and really helpful for pizza sizes. Rolls up well to be stored in cupboard

This mat is superb, found it means not having to scrape pastry residue off quartz worktops with a risk of scratching them. The quality is top notch, it stays put and doesn't slide about, it's very easy to clean and even comes with its own stretchy band to hold it when rolled up for storage. I honestly can't recommend this mat enough.

quando lo apri odora di silicone, ma basta lavarlo un paio di volte e l'odore sparisce. L'ho comprato perché ho il piano della cucina non liscio e ogni volta si infilava la farina nelle fessure: super pratico, comodo da lavare e versatile. la parte sotto si "attacca" al piano e non si muove, non danneggia il piano!Sono molto contenta dell'acquisto!
