Perfect rugged look
I looked at different types of this edge trim before deciding on this one and boy did I choose correctly. Some people claimed to not receive the full amount when buying trim, so the first thing I did was measure it. It was over 1" extra, so perfect. This trim has a rough texture on it making it a little bit bulky and rugged looking, which was perfect for my application. I used it to cover the sharp edges of 0.060" and 0.125" thick aluminum sheet in a disc golf cart I built. It held on to the 0.125" thick material very strongly. It also did a good job of holding on to the 0.060" material. It was a little less snug, but not falling off for sure. The internal design features a long row of individual metal clips that are embedded in the material. As you can see from my picture, I was able to round a 90 degree corner. One of those clips did come out, but it still works fine and that is an impressive bend that I didn't think it could do. If you do bend it this far, though, you will permanently deform it, which is fine for me since I don't intend to remove it unless it wears out. Hope this helps.

Better than I thought it would be.
I thought it was going to be rigid and hard to work with. However I was pleasantly surprised it’s very soft and flexible but holds on the edge very well. Covers the sharp edges of 1/8 sheet metal and holds where I put it. Bends around the corners easily. I’m happy with the quality of this stuff. Would buy it again if needed

Installed this edge protector to prevent sharp edges from damaging large wires entering a power panel for a battery storage system. I was pleased with the amount of grip force as well as the bend radius. No adhesive was necessary to ensure the edge guard stayed in place
