Initially I loved these bottoms
Initially I loved these bottoms. The fabric is by far the best quality of all the scrubs I've bought. I have bought several pair and I always have to have the inseams altered around the ankle because they're too narrow. The one problem I have with these is the drawstring. I wear a 29 inch waist in pants so the smalls are still a too large. I have to tie these scrub pants somewhat tight and the drawstring always breaks on ALL OF THEM!!!!! It wouldn't be a big issue but the drawstring is stitched into the waste so once it breaks there is no repairing them. FIX YOUR PRODUCT. These are pricey scrubs so I want what I paying for.

Soft Professional Scrubs
I decided to get a medium for my husband because of the reviews I read. He is usually a large in t-shirts, 42L coat, pants 34x34, height 6'1" and 185lbs. These pants fit him well. They are not as loose as regular scrub pants (like the ones he gets from the hospital) but they aren't too fitted either. He can still move around easily for procedures. I personally like this on him. He looks professional and put together. And its very soft. He loves that. I was worried they would be too short because of his height. These pants fit him like a 32" length. Normally it would look funny on him but because these are scrub pants it looks fine. You wouldn't even notice. These did seem to fit smaller than the koi brand. I'm glad I got medium, a bigger size would have swallowed him. And we wanted them to be more fitted. We liked this brand the best. If you want the traditional scrub oversized look, get your normal size (which would have been a large for him) I'm glad I got the medium. It was what he was looking for.

Sizes are odd; hole in pocket after a month; but far more comfortable than bargain brand scrubs.
While the length was perfect for my height (6' 2"), I'm not sure what a "medium" is these days. I have a 34" waist, with a 34" inseam, and was have to tie the drawstrings super tight to keep the pants on. That being said, there is a VAST difference between the small and medium. If you're of similar size, stick to the mediums and deal with the hassle of the drawstring. The thread that makes up the front pocket also came undone after about 4 weeks of light use. Not the quality I expect for such an expensive product.

Fails the practicum!
These are really comfortable pants and the feel great on the body. So what’s wrong? Like the matching tops, they were apparently designed for style but not for daily use. Where are the pockets guys? I’ve learned to live with the single back pocket so prevalent on men’s scrubs but where are the side/leg pockets? Nurses need a lot of room to carrry-gloves, alcohol pads, saline syringes, etc. I guess if you can squeeze it all into the single (they call it double) left leg pocket, you’re set. Great for all of you southpaws out there -counterintuitive for us right handed folks. How about redisigning the next model with a little more thought for its intended audience?

Perfect
My husband is tall, muscular, and needs stretching room! These scrub bottom are excellent! He is 6'3" 185lbs a 33" waist and a large tall fit him the way he needed them too! He could have gotten a medium tall but he needed more butt room for squats, stretching, and general movement since he is a chiropractor. He says they are soft and extremely comfortable! He likes these bottoms better than the signature due to pockets!

Comfortable
I have tried several brands of scrubs, and the Grey's Anatomy seem to be the most comfortable for me. They wash easily (wrinkle easily though if you just leave them in the dryer). They are sturdy and have held up to multiple washings without the color fading. They are just the right weight, so not too hot in the summer and not too cold in the winter. Pockets are perfect for my use. I believe these tend to run a little large. I typically wear medium scrubs, but need a small with this brand. I accidentally ordered a medium a while back, and even though I can still wear them, they are a little too big. Have not experienced any fraying at the seams or material defects with this brand.

There really is no happy medium between the two quite honestly
The fit is what I would expect, but a little on the small size, whereas the 4x is freakishly big. There really is no happy medium between the two quite honestly, unless you choose another brand, which is what I'm going to lobby to do. Their "non-X" sizes may be true to form, but I've found out unfortunately that if you're a tall person, you might not really fit the mold with certain brands.

Runs very large
I'm 6'1. You'd think a medium tall (M-Tall) scrub will fit well but I was wrong. Seems strange that a M-Tall is made for someone 6'4 and above. I wonder what a size L-Tall fits...giants maybe?Anyway, I returned it for a size small because fabric seems of quality. Be careful when ordering. Sizes are not same as universal O.R sizes...this runs incredibly large even for mediums.
