I just got this yesterday. I had an ache in my foot and arthritis pain in my knee and sometimes it is hard for me to sleep. I took 2 of these and the next morning I was not nearly as stiff and the pain in my left knee was barely there. The ache in my foot was there some this morning but it is pretty much gone now. The right leg is very flexible. I am taking this with other supplements. I think the devil's claw in it is what did it for me. I think this is a very good product and I will continue to use it. I have noticed a slight decrease in trigger point /joint pains but am trying a second months worth to actually test if it was the supplement or other factors I’ve done towards better health

The formula offered a varied blend including anti-inflammatories. I've been using the product for 2 weeks, replacing a glucosamine/MSN blend and I can feel an improvement. I have less pain, especially in the evening and am able to move around a bit better. I plan on getting more of the product with the hope the trend will continue.

I am giving this a top rating even though I don't actually think I have been taking it long enough to get the best results, and I am unlikely to do so. I have been taking it for nearly 2 weeks however, and it does seem to be doing the job as promised. Alas, as for many seniors who, like me, are on limited and fixed budgets, each month brings a choice between spending on one's health or buying food and I doubt that I will be able to continue these supplements. I regret that this is so, and based on my limited experience with the product, I think most customers will benefit from its use.

To be honest I really I haven't noticed any changes, but only 1 week of use so far.UPDATE 12/15/2014 - I stuck with the product, for several months (4 containers ) It didn't really do anything for me at all. I discussed with my doctor who said that Devils Claw has a similar effect to Aspirin, but much less effective, he didn't really think it would help at all - As I am already taking anti-inflammatory drugs (IBUPROFEN)I have to agree with my doctor - I didn't notice any beneficial effects at all. Maybe if I wasn't on NSAIDS it might have helped - I don't knowInteresting - my Doctors has recommended I try Stinging Nettle Root - This is not an natural NSAID alternative, like this product, but a Herb that has shown in recent research to help ease joint pain - The web has plenty of information on the topic which seems to indicate that the Nettles might have a beneficial effect at blocking the bodies natural generation of fluid around the joints when they show signs of trauma (i.e in arthritis cases like mine) - So I have ordered some to try. Please note I'm not a doctor or an authority on these things - I'm just a long time sufferer of Arthritis joint pain especially in the lower back.
