We bought this to hold a 10" tablet in the gym that can be used for various workout routines. It was easy enough to assemble, and the big tablet actually fits. It's a little wobbly when it's full height, but that's expected with the small footprint it takes up... And the carpeting.

Ok tablet holder. The ball mount at the end does not hold the weight of a tablet very well, but if you turn it up it holds it as long as you don't move it. Have to weight down the legs if extend the arm like I do over the front wheel of my bike for zwift.

Initially I had trouble with keeping my iPad at the angle I wanted. I switched the device holder and the problem was eliminated. This is helping prevent “tech neck”.

My only concern is that the camera holder does not stay where you want it to. It tends to slide down. It doesn't matter how tight you turn the knob.

Update: I spoke too soon. The plastic nut that holds the tablet/phone in place has now stripped. The stand is now worthless. I've had it just looking enough that it can't be returned. To replace this piece of garbage, I ordered a tablet mount with a 1/4" hole that fits a tripod. Should have returned it when part of it arrived broken.Original: This stand comes with two tablet/phone holders but they came in a non-padded plastic bag that is just put in the box loose with that stand. When mine arrived, both of the two table/phone holders were broken. I was able to glue one of them back together with super glue and it is functional. The other was too trashed to salvage. The stand is decent for how cheap it is but I was very disappointed when both holders were broken on arrival.

Definitely great if you stream a lot like I do and want to be able to do more in front of the camera.
