Sharp and beautiful!
This Miyabi knife is amazing, although a little smaller than expected the knife is perfect for a utility knife. The construction is amazing, and it is a beautiful creation. I am so impressed with the blade, and it's razor blade sharpness is like nothing I've ever owned! It cuts fruit and vegetables with such ease and precision. I am constantly looking for more tests, and love that I own this knife in my collection now!
