Great looking, solid wood desk. I think they worked out the quality issues with prevailed holes not matching. I had no issues with any holes matching up, I could get all the screws started by hand, then tightened by the allen wrench tool. The reviews about the mismatched holes seem to be from 2019 or 2020. I was expecting at least one based on reviews but everything was right on. It comes shipped in two different boxes, part 1 and part 2. For me they were delivered a day apart and I would have been confused but I didn't have time to open box 1 the day it arrived and then the other box was delivered. I can only find one complaint - one of the preinstalled drawer rails must be off a tiny bit because one drawer rubs on the top when I close it. That's the only thing I found, for that reason, 5 stars. Also, my stick vacuum fits under the desk, bonus.

nice for the price. assembly was relatively simple. i used a cordless drill (flexible bit extension) with the chuck setting fairly delicate.it’s a solid, real wood desk.

First rate quality. This desk looks great. It is sturdy and appropriately heavy. The finishes, the quality and the construction all point to the fact that this desk will last for decades. Assembly was simple with all parts fitting as they should fit.

Love this desk, some parts were hard to get together.

I love the look and quality of this solid and handsome desk but assembly was very frustrating due to manufacturing errors. Delivery was free with Prime and took 6 days. My wife was home when it was delivered and they brought the box inside the house for her; this was very nice because it is big and >100 lbs and it was going to rain before I got home. Even though there were some bad dings in the box the parts inside were fine. There is a lot of packaging but I didn't think it was excessive or inconsistent with other furniture I've gotten. It took my teenage son and me 2 hrs to assemble. It's beautiful and high quality, I love the finished product.BUT it was a pain to put together due to MRFing errors. Fixing these added 30-45 min to the assembly time 1.) Something was wrong with one of the threaded inserts. To get one of the cam-bolts screwed into its insert I had to use my tap set and re-tap the insert. I think I saw another person comment on this problem too. 2.) I also ran into two holes that were miss-aligned (see pictures). I used a drill to make the provided through-holes into slots so I could get the screws in. This was non-trivial and probably beyond the capabilities of most purchasers. 3.) The drawer bottoms were badly warped in 2 directions (see pictures) which made it hard to assemble the drawers. The drawer bottoms have to fit into a channel. This could only be done with one person forcing the wood sheets flat while a second person put the drawer sides around it. Fortunately, once assembled the channel holds the drawer bottom flat and the warping can't be seen.

Bought a pair of these. Based on the reviews I decided to let my handyman build them for me rather than tackle it myself. I will say he ran into a few problems he managed to solve. Now that they are built, we like them a lot. Very sturdy, looks like a good quality desk. Plenty of storage space in the drawers. I bought a large IKEA kitchen drawer organizer for the central drawer as I don't need it for a keyboard, and smaller Rubbermaid organizers for the other shallow drawers. I did pull off the plastic feet and replace them with heavy felt stick-on pads to protect our wood floors. They slide easily on those pads when you need to move the desk to deal with computer wires.Edited to say: Watch out for the astonishing amount of styrofoam crumbs inside the boxes and sticking to every single part. Never seen anything like it. Open the boxes out in your garage or on the porch instead of inside your home, and have your vacuum cleaner at the ready. A week or so later and I am STILL picking up bits of styrofoam. My handyman (who almost had to go home looking like a snowman) joked that I'd be picking up bits of styrofoam for a year. I hope not, but it sure would be nice if the manufacturer would clean up its act on this score.

Well made and went together just fine. Not one scratch or dent. Packaged very well. I would recommend.

I love this desk. Needed a new desk for my home office but there were so many out there that simply looked cheap. Not this one. Real wood and sturdy. Could not be happier with the look, size and drawer capacity. If you're looking for a new desk and don't want to break the bank this could be the one for you. I'd recommend to anyone.
