These Mendez Premium Height Increase Insoles are excellent quality and very comfortable to wear. They fit perfectly in my shoes (size 7-12) and give a nice 1.5-inch boost without feeling awkward. I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering these. I thought it would just be a hard piece of plastic. Thankfully I was wrong. They have a soft covering and a bit of squish to them. They come in 2 pieces for each foot so you can choose how much lift you want. You can stay at 1 inch or you can keep the second piece on for an extra 1/2 inch. They are best in high tops or boots but can work in low tops as long as you don't have an orthotic insert as well. They do give your foot a bit of an arch so they are not made for everyone but for those who can use them, it is extremely helpful for reaching higher up shelves or cabinets. Overall a good choice for those who just need a little extra lift.

Gentlemen, I know the goal here is to be taller and feel more confident. I want you to know there are better products out there that will not hurt your feet as bad for that one inch increase. You can not wear these for elongated periods, additionally these slide around. When walking around in these it feels like you’re wearing literally plastic shoes. It’s a horrible hard feeling. I would not recommend purchasing this product. Find something else that is cushioned, may not last as long, and it will keep you walking properly and comfortably. I’ve purchased a gray pair on Amazon and it’s padded foam. I haven’t done reviews in a while but I really had to get on and warn others regarding this product. Stay away, King, and find something better.

I bought these Méndez augmentation templates and I was surprised with the quality. They are comfortable from the first use and adapt very well to the footwear without causing discomfort. While I really wanted to love these insoles, they are too high, and a little uncomfortable, it probably fits well on a boot, but won't work on regular shoes, your heel will hang outside the shoe. They take time getting use to them. I am not completely sure the quality is great so can't confirm if they will last long.
