Bought this in the past, had to buy another because I neglected to read the instructions which said "DO NOT pour out the water". When I opened it again to fill more water, I noticed the liquid was a brown, rusty colour so I thought something went wrong and poured it all out. Turns out those were the things that allowed the water pack to heat up very fast. Great product nonetheless so I just HAD to buy another.On average it takes less than 5 mins to get to a good heated temperature and at the 10 minute mark it gets very very hot. The adapter auto-turns off once it reaches that temperature, making it very safe to leave plugged in. The cat design is extremely cute and the material it is made of is so fluffy! I love that I can put my hands through it for extra warmth. I guess the only downside of this is that you cannot bring it overseas since the water cannot be poured out.

It's very small and the design makes it look look used even though it's new. Instructions are hard to understand but the worst part is it doesn't stay warm for more than 20 minutes, so I'd actually prefer a good old water bottle

LOVE!!! These are so warm and stay hot for so long if you put it in blanket with you. The only thing I take everywhere with me when it gets so cold outside! I've tried hot hands or electrical hand warmers. None of them can compete with this one! My son loves it too! Keep us warm when it's cold.The only downside is that it could take a while to charge up. I have had one of these before and it took around 10 minutes to charge. However this one took around 30-40 minutes to charge. I mentioned that to the seller and he send me another one without me asking for it! Talk about customer service!! Unfortunately the other one stopped working after 1st time of charging. I'm sure the seller would send me another one if I asked but I didn't want to do that. Things like this happen to me a lot. I always get the defective items while shopping. I guess I just have bad luck.I have no problems with charging time being long though. I recently found out that if you keep it under the blanket, it charge up faster! And if the water bag is not completely cold, it could take around 20-25 minutes depending on how cold the water is.Anyways, 8/10 on the quality of the product and 10/10 on the customer service! Definitely would by from this seller again!!

This is very convenient to enjoy the relief of a hot water bottle without having to run hot water and dry. Fill it once, then just plug it in to reheat and unplug to use. Stays dry and never hot rubber needing a towel wrapped. Safe and easy, with no trips to the sink. And my daughter thinks it is cute.
