Yep - Some good 'ol Flour
Not much to say other than I bake multiple times a week, and this is my go to whole wheat flour for waffles, cookies, breads, pancakes, and brownies. Yum

Makes Great Cupcakes
Bob's Red Mill whole wheat flour makes excellent baked foods. Here's a recipe that I created using it. Cinnamon, Almond, Maple Syrup Cupcakes A recipe by David Sims (me) Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Put in a bowl and mix: 2 cups of Bob's Red Mill whole wheat flour 1 teaspoon cream of tartar 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons Ceylon cinnamon 1/2 cup of almond powder Coat the holes of a cupcake tray with coconut oil. Add to the bowl, stirring in, 3/4 cup dark maple syrup Gradually add water to the bowl, stirring, until dough is made (with all of the dry, powdery veins eliminated). Dollop dough into the holes of the cupcake tray, just filling them level. Put tray into oven and leave for 16 minutes. Then remove tray and let the cupcakes cool before attempting to take them out. Makes six to eight fluffy, moist cupcakes.
