It was great to get me interested in reflex balls. It's a lot of fun and I definitely see improvement in my hand-eye coordination and catching ability for other sports. The advanced ball snapped off the band after a three weeks of almost daily use which is sad, but I guess that's expected for a $7 product. The band starts to irritate the nook of your ears after like 15-20 minutes of use too. If you've used reflex balls before, I don't really recommend this brand, but if you're new then it's great to see if this is for you. There are also youtube videos on various tricks you can do with the reflex ball if you're new.

I thought as a retired boxer this was gonna be a waste of money and time. But it actually took a bit of practice to get it. Meanwhile I was building a good sweat!!! I will be ordering another one real soon. Even after you get the hang of it, there are plenty of angles, speeds, etc. to entertain your curiosity! Good inexpensive way to enjoy some type of workout

My son loves this. He's improved his boxing skill by 80 percent. He can almost bit up his big brother now. Haha j/k

This item is great for any skill level and will have you getting your heart rate going in no time! Build quality is not an issue and for the price I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I would highly recommend wearing some type of wrap or glove if using the “veteran” ball for a prolonged period.

Boxing speed ball trial, very good, leisure, decompression, improve attention, simple operation. It's great for improving your attention and reaction. It's good for children to exercise. It can also be a good medicine for office to avoid shoulder periarthritis. The price is also very beautiful. Recommend everybody to use!

Enjoyable little game. My 16yo has fun with it and it’s a nice test of hand/eye coordination.
