This is the most amazing Backpack. We looked at the mall and ones smaller and lower quality were three times the money. I would recommend this backpack to everyone I know. Seriously.....Quality is a 10, Size is a 10, canvas material is a 10, stitching is a 10, color is a 10....I could keep going. There is a hidden back pocket. Water bottle Holders makes this a 10+++++. You cannot go wrong with this backpack.

I love this backpack. I use it as a heavy duty, for school. It looks very stylish, the grey color is beautiful and matches almost all my clothes. The style is quite universal, I wear it with dresses too and it looks great. The quality is very good, seems durable too. I genuinely love it!Update in November 2018, after more then a year daily use. Still 5 stars. Awesome quality, takes my abuse every day. Holds lunch, books, laptop, water, other girl's stuff and honestly, still no flaws! Really, at this point I love it so much that I am going to buy the second one, so that I never stay without this backpack when the first one dues eventually. I paid the full price for this backpack, no one asked me to review it. I just really on customer reviews myself and though I would let you people know about this awesome thing!

I love the construction of this backpack, the canvas, zippers, cinch is all made very well. The color is also rich and will match everything. The shoulder straps are comfortable and set on the shoulder well, even holding a lot of cargo. The only thing that knocks a star off is that the top flap, cover enclosure is TOO hard and sturdy. The rigid material in the canvas does not allow for give, so it sticks out, somewhat awkwardly. I wish it were not filled so rigid and that the material gave more. However, overall this is a quality bag, especially for the price point and I am happy with it replacing my old canvas/leather bag that was peeling away. You'll not regret this purchase, oh and it shipped a day early!

I've only had the pack for a few days, but so far I'm in love. My diaper bag finally bit the dust after 3 years of daily abuse, and I wanted something less "mom" and more "me". The bag seems very well constructed, has enough pockets to hold everything for myself and my toddler, AND is freaking adorable. I've had 3 compliments in 2 days!It would be a perfect pack for travel, as a diaper bag, obviously, a school backpack, or for a daily commute.

I purchased this bag to use as a carry on, on a flight and it worked perfectly. It is big enough that it held two pairs of shoes, a makeup bag, toiletries bag, four shirts, a dress, two pairs of pants, PJs and under garments and easily slid underneath the seat infront of me. Highly recommended!

This is a great and durable backpack, it has a nice design and it made out of heavy duty material.My only issue is that the adjustable straps do not stay in place and the backpack continually slips all day long which is incredibly annoying and causes back aches.I fixed this by putting the straps in my desired length and then using my sowing machine to permanently stitch it in place.Now it is perfect.

When I first received the backpack I was disappointed in the color variance from the images on the mint color one. However, I was very pleased with the quick response from Crest Design. I asked for a different color backpack and they were very courteous to send a new one! I love that the backpack is a pretty decent size to fit almost anything. And the lining inside is very durable. I haven’t used it but I plan to for my hiking trips and airplane trips as well! Or just an outing at the beach. I also was wanting to return the previous backpack but to not inconvenience me, they said I could keep it.I am very happy with my purchase and with the customer service!

Great bag overall, love all the little pockets and compartments, makes great for organizing books/ notepads/ pens/ laptop, etc. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 star is due to the strap adjustment. it does not stay. I will tighten them both, put the bag on, and even just walking for 2 minutes the straps are almost all the way loose again, they could improve the construction of the straps. Especially when the bag gets full and heavy, it would be nice to have it actually stay on without having to tighten again.
