Q: can this hook up to a receiver with a sub out put for powered subwoofer

This does connect to the subwoofer out on the receiver but it is NOT for a powered subwoofer. This is an amplifier to be used with a passive sub not a sub with a built in amplifier.

Q: What size is the male dc jack on the power cord?

Usually they’re either 3.5mm or 5.5mm or 2.1mm. Those are the standards.

The dimensions of the unit itself are: height - 1-9/16", width - 3-5/8", depth - 4-1/4"

Yes it can handle a 2 ohm load. I have two 12" subs hooked up to mine now and one of them is a kicker L5. This one amp shakes my house and never clips or gets hot.
