Poor Life
Died within a year or so in a low use emergency flashlight application. Did not hold a charge as claimed and will no longer recharge. Junk compared to Sanyo Eneloop AA and AAA batteries I use which have outstanding life. Wish Sanyo made C and D sizes.

High failure
I bought 4-D, 4-C, 8 AA and 4AAA from another retailer. The D cells were used on a baby swing. After the third or fourth recharge cycle, one of the cells would no longer charge. The C cells were used on a couple of child toys. Similar to the D cells, one of the cells failed to recharge after the third recharge cycle.Of the 8 AAs, one doesn't hold charge anymore. Same with the AAAs.I have recently bought Sanyo's Eneloop batteries. I expect better quality and performance from these batteries but time will tell.

Dissapointing
I bought 2 sets of 2 batteries. I tested all of them with Ambient Weather 2000 charger:1 - 5600 mAh = 56% of advertised capacity2 - 8799 mAh = 88%3 - 8650 mAh = 86%4 - 8565 mAh = 85%They look like a good deal for the price, but they should sell it as a 8000 mAh battery not 10000.

Competitive High Capacity, LSD, One of the Best Rechargeable D Batteries Around!
When it comes to the AA and AAA low self-discharge (LSD) battery market there are a plethora of brands available (some better than others, Sanyo Eneloops and Tenergy Centuras being my personal favorites). There are not near as many options when it comes to LSD NiMH 9v, C, and D rechargeable batteries. There are a few major players in the market that make high capacity LSD Ds and they are as follows:- Tenergy Centura D 8,000mAh- AccuPower AccuLoop/AccuEvolution D 10,000mAh- Ansmann Maxe Pre-Charged D 10,000mAh- PowerEx Imedion D 9,500mAhThe Centuras and these AccuLoops are the best value for capacity/dollar because the two other competitors (PowerEx Imedion and Ansmann Maxe) are around double the price. I have both the Tenergy Centura D and AccuPower AccuLoop D batteries and will be comparing them via data from my BM200 smart charger and C & D to AA Battery Adapters . I tested both batteries with the Charge Test function on my BM200 and a discharge/charge rate of 500mAh/1,400mAh. According to my testing the 10,000mAh rating on the AccuLoops is quite optimistic as I only measured capacities of 8,532mAh and 8,609mAh (85-86% of rated capacity). The Tenergy Centura Ds exceeded their 8,000mAh capacity claim with tested capacities of 8,041mAh and 8,346mAh (100-104% of rated capacity). Both packs of batteries are brand new and have been broken in with a couple discharge-charge cycles on a smart charger. Now this is more a nitpick at the companies advertised capacity than an actual complaint. As the AccuLoops still exceed the Centuras capacity and I purchased my AccuLoops at only $15.95 for a 2-pack vs $15.99 for a 2-pack of Centuras. As of this writing the AccuLoops are priced at $17.95 but still very close to the Centuras. I highly recommend these excellent batteries. I haven't yet tested their LSD characteristics but hope to do so in the future.

Very dependable batteries
These batteries were a very good buy. They do indeed last a long time and sat in my cabinet after charging for a few months. They held their charge and are one one of the best rechargeable batteries I have every bought. I highly recommend them!!
