IdeaMax R5-1000 Interactive Whiteboard

Not too pleased. Considering the price of the interactive whiteboard I was expecting a more finished product. The instructions to mount and use it are somewhat funny as they're written in broken English on a poorly photocopied single sheet of paper. The mounting hardware provided consists only of masonry (concrete/brick) anchors. There is no hardware included to mount this to a normal wall in an office.The mounting brackets are needlessly complex. There are four individual brackets that must be mounted on the wall, and then the whiteboard hangs on those mounts. Mounting those four brackets in the exact position, with no description of measurements or a template, took quite a bit of time to get right. A much better solution would be to have a bar that runs the width of the whiteboard so you could fasten it to the wall studs, then hang the whiteboard on the bar.The color pens are also somewhat of a ruse. The pens have a holster, and each pen has a color, but the color that is drawn is dependent upon which holster you pull the pen from. For example, even though you may be holding the red pen, the pen will draw green if the green holster is empty. That seems like a cheap, gimmicky design.
