the fog lights dont fit the opening

Manufacturer forgot to form opening for fog light
Good quality bumper, only issue is manufacturer forgot to form the mounting bracket opening for one of the fog lights (right side)

Everything came in bent up, and all clips for grill are either broken or out of place. The plastic is bent and stretched out now

Lesson learned, price too good to be true? It is!
Product was not even close to fitting correctly! When asking about a refund I was asked much of my money I wanted back. Sounds professional?
